Return and Refund Policy

What is your refund / returns policy?

Please choose your order carefully as we do not provide refunds or returns for any of our  arrangements. Please be mindful that each rose bud and stem may vary slightly in size, shape and appearance. Rose colours may also appear different due to lighting.

However, if for any reason your order is damaged during transportation, contact us at info@thethornclub.com.au with pictures within 24 hours of receiving your order and our team will assist you. 

What if my order is damaged?

We are sorry to hear your order has arrived damaged. We take extreme care and caution when packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. 

If in the event they do happen to arrive damaged due to transportation, please contact email us at info@thethornclub.com.au with photos within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will endeavour to resolve the issue.
